The car received a five-door body, as well as a platform common with the Fiesta. The company emphasizes that the presented version is designed for the European buyer and will be strikingly different from the models of the same name presented in the Indian and Brazilian markets.

The new Ford Ka + is 3,929 mm long and has a wheelbase of 2,489 mm, making it one step lower than the Fiesta hatchback. The car received a luggage compartment, which is not bad by the standards of the class, with a volume of 270 liters. The interior styling is made in the traditional Ford style and has a number of solutions, reminiscent of those in the larger "Fiesta".

The engine lineup will be represented by two 1.2-liter gasoline engines with 70 and 85 hp. Both in the first and in the second case, the car can be aggregated exclusively by a mechanical transmission.

An automatic transmission and a more powerful power unit are not available even as an option - this decision was not chosen by chance, since the main task that was set before the designers and engineers was to make a compact, inexpensive and economical car.

The cost of Ford Ka + will start at 9.99 thousand euros. For this money, the buyer will receive 6 airbags, a stabilization system and an anti-lock braking system. For a surcharge, the car can be equipped with climate control, heated seats, leather-trimmed steering wheel and gearbox and other chips.
